Are you tired of feeling tired?

Are you ready to make a change, but not sure where to start?

Are you so overwhelmed by all the definitions of “healthy” out there that you’re not sure what it means anymore?

Welcome to the club.

More than half of American women say they’re “highly stressed.” which makes sense. We get a lot of things thrown our way. Every day, we’re on a mission to crush our responsibilities at work and at home — all while managing to fit in yoga, whip up a green smoothie, and post that picture-perfect shot on Instagram that makes it look like we have it all together.

But trying to do it all (and do it all well) can take a huge toll on our health, both physical and mental.

That’s why we gain more than a few extra pounds that aren’t as easy to lose as magazine cover lines suggest. That’s why we feel anxious and stressed to a point where even the chillest yoga class or candlelit massage can’t relieve our nagging thoughts. That’s why we feel so exhausted it’s hard to get through a day without multiple cups of coffee.

I know how it feels. Because I’ve been there.

Who am I?

I’m a health writer, Emory-certified health coach, and ACE-certified personal trainer. I’ve worked and written for some of the biggest health and wellness sites in the world.

I'm also a normal young woman who's struggled with her own health in the past.

I’ve felt stressed out, anxious, and constantly on edge.

I’ve been exhausted, worn out, and fatigued to the point that it was difficult for me to get out of bed most mornings.

I’ve experienced bloating and other uncomfortable digestive issues for years that I used to think were normal.

In my late 20s, I made some major changes in life. I moved to a new city, quit a corporate job that was dragging me down, and for the first time, made my health my primary focus.

Now, I’ve reset my health, lost the weight I could never shake before, and no longer suffer from the digestive distress I struggled with for years.

Now, I know feeling that way is not normal.

Now, I know that is possible to feel energized when you wake up in the morning, and stay that way throughout your entire day.

How Can I Help You?

As a certified health coach, my mission is to help 20- to 30-something women who feel burnt out take sustainable steps to rediscover what it means to feel truly healthy.

Working with me, you’ll learn how to make small yet effective changes that work for your body. You'll figure out how to become your best, happiest, most energetic self — without giving up all the things that make life worth living! I don’t prescribe crazy crash diets or hard-core fitness programs. And I definitely don’t believe in giving up wine or dessert.

Instead, through health coaching, I help you uncover the tools you already possess (but may not realize) to make lifestyle changes you’ll stick to maintain health and happiness in the long run.

In short, I’ll help you discover what’s holding you back from making the right choices for your health, restore balance to your body and mind, and unlock your best life.

I offer one-on-one health coaching services via Skype or in person. Interested in learning more? Request a free 15-minute phone consultation here.
